What this is Make Your Mark is a ceramic commissioning platform. When you use this site, you share information with us so we can translate your design intent into a commission proposal. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect When you start a project:

Two reference images you upload — one for form, one for finish Your name and email address Any notes or context you add about your project The context selections you make (space type, scale, use)

When you browse the site:

Basic device and browser information Pages visited and actions taken IP address

When you place a brief with the Studio Network:

The commission brief generated from your references Your contact information used to route the brief to makers

How we use it We use your information to:

Generate a ceramic commission proposal from your references Route your brief to appropriate studios and makers Contact you about your commission Improve how the platform translates references into proposals Keep the platform secure and functioning

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who receives it HubSpot — receives your name, email, and commission brief details so we can manage the studio routing workflow. Anthropic — your reference images and context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the written commission brief. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. Replicate — a text description derived from your references is sent to Replicate's API to generate visual directions. Replicate's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. Supabase — your submission data and reference images are stored in Supabase's infrastructure. Render — the platform is hosted on Render. We share only what is necessary for each service to function.

Your reference images When you upload reference images, they are stored privately in our system and used only to generate your commission proposal. They are not published, shared publicly, or used to train AI models by us. Third-party providers handle them under their own policies as described above.

How long we keep it We keep your submission and commission records for as long as your commission is active and for a reasonable period after to support any follow-up. If you would like your data removed, contact us and we will handle it promptly.

Cookies This site uses minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function, including a session cookie for the access gate. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
